RDW FACILITY

 Located in beautiful Springbank, our brand new bay of 3,000 sq/ft  has been utilized to the max to provide all one needs in training areas.   A surprisingly quick drive out of city traffic to our facility has ample free parking front and back. Current clients are from all areas of NW and SW Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane and Springbank. 

Upon entering you will be welcomed into the foyer that includes a tall, metal shelf specifically for footwear, benches, coat hooks, and a barnwood cubby that is used for storing one’s gym bags.

Two large bathrooms also act as change rooms. In between the training zones is a large waiting/viewing area including a thick, playmat for waiting children.  

The 1,500 sq/ft martial arts training mat is made up of 2 ¼” thick foam underlay to provide safety, comfort, and ease on joints while training. It is covered in a thick, durable vinyl that is easy to clean.
