Adult / Teen (14+)

No class is ever the same as there is so much to learn, such as self-defense, kickboxing, ninjutsu, taekwondo,  judo, grappling, weapons and more!   Students work at their own pace but are encouraged to strive for more than they think they can do.  Great full body workout that develops cardio, flexibility, strength, endurance, and isometrics.  An excellent cross-training tool.


Through diligent practice, Hapkido training will also develop quickness, balance, timing, coordination and concentration.  Excellent for females, and shy individuals to develop self-confidence.
